Resumen
In this paper presents the methodology for the generation of a model 3D raised, of an undermined bridge that belongs to the access route located above the River Orotoy from the Castilla III Refinery, in the municipality of Acacias, Meta department, implementing terrestrial LIDAR technology, which provides accurate and dense information about the physical exterior of the bridge structure and the land adjacent to it, for the generation of an engineering analysis which results in the intervention of civil works for restoration and conservation. For the realization of this project it was agreed with the company Ecopetrol, the work contractors, execution timelines limited in the field given the physical condition of the bridge and the complexity of this structure as failed, additionally by regulation of Ecopetrol and their industrial safety plan and occupational health the works involving contact on riverbeds or streams are considered hazardous. A detailed topographical survey was conducted with this technology, using as resources a Leica HDS 3000 scanner which was positioned on three strategic bases which allow us to detail at maximum the bridge from a determined angle, in order to obtain the most quantity of data with less amount possible assemblies.
