Resumen
Bogotá Distrito Capital, being the largest city in Colombia, is characterized by the confluence of diverse habits, cultures and attitudes. Due to the extension of its territory and other characteristics of its own, the city constitutes an important point of generation of environmental conflicts, which, for the most part, are related to the demand by the communities to improve their own quality of life. life and, for the protection and recovery of environmental scenarios. This work is part of the identification and analysis of the environmental conflicts present in the towns of Tunjuelito and Rafael Uribe Uribe. It seeks to determine the social and environmental configurations that conflicts adopt, in order to propose general guidelines for the development of management and management strategies. The methodological and theoretical support is presented, the last one framed in the understanding of terms such as environmental conflicts, environmental justice, additionally in order to project a proposal focused on urban environmental conflicts, theories of governance, open government, socio-ecological systems are taken as reference. and polycentric systems. Consequently, the results are presented in two large chapters, first, the identification and characterization of environmental conflicts, and second, the analysis and proposal for conflict management. Finally, we find the conclusions section, in this writing the reflections, analysis and questions that arose as a result of the research are presented, in the same way the elements included in the design of the proposal for the management of urban environmental conflicts are described, which allowed the construction of the methodological guide for the management of urban environmental conflicts aimed at officials related to public environmental management and social leaders interested in promoting the empowerment of their communities.
