Diseño, materialización, posicionamiento y ajuste de una red geodésica enfocada al monitoreo del fenómeno de movimiento en masa en el casco urbano del municipio de Choachí

Abstract

Choachí is a municipality located to the East of the Department of Cundinamarca, 40 km from the city of Bogota. The total area of the municipality is 21.467 hectares of which 61 correspond to the urban area having a population of 4921 to this. Historically the area where the town is located has been identified as at high risk by mass movements, without that so far has devised a mechanism to monitor the behavior of this area. For this reason we designed, materialized, positioned and adjusted a geodetic network, determining the information base for periodic controls that will enable to identify the possible movements that occur. For this purpose it was necessary to locate a series of points distributed strategically in the urban area, of which two were located in stable areas to be used as reference points and the remaining as control points. In total nine points, of which five were cast into field stones and the four remaining deposits in areas hard to materialize. GNSS positioning was carried out using a methodology that would comply with the technical recommendations of the Agustin Codazzi geographical Institute in terms of the minimum times of tracking and the specifications of the equipment. It was finally calculated and adjusted the network using Topcon Tools software that allows you to define a number of parameters which guarantee the minimum details required in the obtained coordinates for each point.
