Punto de Servicios SA is a company dedicated to the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and due to the high degree of competitiveness in this sector and with the desire to stay in the market as well as being able to have an additional plus that guarantees customers the compliance with the necessary requirements for its operation and good service, decided to focus its efforts on the development of a quality management system under the ISO 9001: 2015 standard since the processes that it carried out up to date did not comply with the parameters that the Norm established even not having a specific focus on its vision and mission, when designing and documenting the quality management system, it would be possible to have an opportunity for continuous improvement, greater reliability and customer loyalty, in addition to generating changes in the internal processes of the company and further growth.
