Resumen
The following document details the planning, execution and analysis of the technical-administrative support provided to the Vice Presidency of Mining, Hydrocarbons and Energy of the National Association of Businessmen of Colombia (ANDI) from the perspective of Environmental Administration, during the period 2024-1, within the framework of the academic internship as a degree modality, of the Francisco José de Caldas District University. This academic process has been structured based on the following general objective: Provide professional support to the technical-administrative management of the Vice Presidency of Mining, Hydrocarbons and Energy of the ANDI from the Environmental Administration, and three specific objectives: 1. Follow up on the current projects carried out by the Vice Presidency of Mining, Hydrocarbons and Energy, 2. Update the documentation and systematization of information regarding the Environmental Management of the Vice Presidency of Mining, Hydrocarbons and Energy and, 3. Analyze the participation of the ANDI as an association in the construction and updating of the regulatory framework of the mining energy sector in Colombia. These objectives are aligned with the functions established by the Vice Presidency for students who collaborate with their work team. These functions allow them to have a direct approach to the labor, business, political, social and sustainability dynamics that are taken into account in the development of the activities of the Vice Presidency in the business field. The results obtained include the monitoring of three environmental projects and initiatives relevant to the sector, the identification of opportunities and associated risks, which allowed for more solid strategic planning. In addition, the vice presidency's database was updated and organized, a regulatory monitoring matrix was prepared, a weekly newsletter was distributed to affiliated companies, as well as support for the Vice President's committees. among other activities. These achievements fully satisfied all previously established expectations, meeting the proposed objectives in a comprehensive manner. The documents prepared and used as methodological tools played a fundamental role in achieving these objectives, complemented by the valuable contributions and teachings provided by the entity's professionals.
