dc.description	En el presente escrito, se da a conocer el proyecto investigativo que surge de un grupo de estudiantes de la Universidad Francisco José de Caldas en la facultad de Ciencias y Educación y dentro del programa de la Licenciatura en Pedagogía Infantil, desde allí nace el interés investigativo y pedagógico de crear un diálogo que contribuya al desarrollo sociocultural y a dar continuidad a la constante problematización del rol del maestro. Es por ello, que desde el semillero Infancias y Pedagogías Interculturales, alrededor de la propuesta “Infancias Diálogos Maestros, encuentros de experiencia desde la pedagogía”, se propone contribuir a este diálogo sociocultural de la condición del maestro y de su acción política, por medio de la relación con el territorio y la escuela como centro de multiculturalidad.	spa
dc.description.abstract	In this writing, the research project that arises from a group of students from the Francisco José de Caldas University in the Faculty of Sciences and Education and within the Bachelor of Childhood Pedagogy program is announced, from there the research interest is born. and pedagogical to create a dialogue that contributes to sociocultural development and to give continuity to the constant problematization of the role of the teacher. That is why, from the Intercultural Childhoods and Pedagogies, around the proposal “Childhoods Teacher Dialogues, experience meetings from pedagogy”, it is proposed to contribute to this sociocultural dialogue of the condition of the teacher and his political action, through of the relationship with the territory and the school as a center of multiculturalism.	spa
