Abstract

The cadastral update in the municipality of Puerto Caicedo, Putumayo, has a multipurpose approach and will be carried out using indirect methods. This work conducts a detailed assessment of the territorial context, identifying the municipality's main problems, such as the lack of updated cadastral information and the lack of planning in both rural and urban areas. This work concludes that technology based on drones, 360° urban mapping, and GIS is the most efficient and sustainable technology for the case study. The viability of the project was validated in the market and technical studies, ensuring benefits in tax collection, tax equity, and adequate territorial management. The implementation of this methodology will allow us to improve the municipality's infrastructure and generate input for decision-making in public policies.
