Modelo de negocio para la creación de una fábrica de muebles de oficina con materiales sostenibles en Bogotá

Abstract

A comprehensive business model based on the Canvas model is proposed for the creation of an office furniture manufacturing company with sustainable materials in Bogotá, Colombia. The company will use recycled PET bottles to reduce plastic pollution and deforestation, which are significant environmental problems in the country. The project includes market, technical, administrative, and financial studies to ensure its viability, with a focus on the circular economy and Cleaner Production (PML). It is supported by government policies such as Entrepreneurship Law 2069 of 2020 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of the 2030 Agenda. Its value proposition is to offer durable and multifunctional furniture, promote recycling and sustainability, and generate environmental benefits and new employment opportunities in the green sector.
