Análisis de los enfoques de desarrollo en un plan parcial de renovación urbana de Bogotá D.C. (2017): estudio de caso

Abstract

The objective of this study is to carry out an analysis of the development approaches in the PPRU Bavaria Fábrica (Case Study). To this end, the research question is the following: What are the development approaches that are recognized in the PPRU Bavaria Fábrica de Bogotá D.C. adopted in 2017? . That said, the research question is answered through content analysis as stated by Puente Quintanilla (2007) and Fernández (2002), relying on the use of the qualitative analysis software MAXQDA, which allows analyzing texts and words that are there, as well as the frequency of the words and the texts that are before and after them. 3 development approaches were found within the PPRU Bavaria Fábrica, which are the modernization approach, sustainable development and the capabilities approach, in addition, within this document the Sustainable Transport Oriented Development (DOTS) was evidenced as the axis transversal.
