Abstract

Surveying is the only science that deals with the location of elements on the surface terrestrial and taking into account the different technologies such as cellular mobile technology and the different communication devices you can use the topography to locate the signal of each of these devices. In this sense, the hypothesis is the creation of: A topography manual applied to the spatial location of devices phones, which would be a good tool for knowledge and contribution not only to the authorities investigative but also to anyone interested in knowing and applying the methods basics to triangulate a call, (Cell Of Origin, Enhanced-Observed Timed Difference, Angle Of Arrival) triangulation methods. The intention of this document in purely academic showing some of the methods that can be used from a topographical point of view based on finding the location of mobile devices, providing a scientifically based engineering benefit to research processes in Colombia.
