Resumen
he present research aims to recognize the Public Policy in Early Childhood and how it has been incorporated into the curriculum at grade transition in two educational institutions, one of a public nature and the other of a private nature, based on a documentary analysis of the public policy of the State for the comprehensive development of Early Childhood from Zero to Forever. The results of the research try to make visible how Public Policy is executed in both institutions based on the curriculum and the Curricular Guidelines for Early Childhood. The categories analyzed made visible the features of encounter and distance, as well as the tensions between the public and the private in the educational field. The methodological approach is qualitative, with a document analysis method that allowed the analysis of documents, Curriculum Guidelines, curricula and PEI in relation to Public Policy and the categories of analysis: childhood, culture and curriculum. An update is also made to the research regarding the moment that initial education is facing in times of pandemic.
