Resumen
Currently childhoods are part of the interest of the communities, because they are recognized as a central part in the development and advancement of society, that is the reason about this systematization of the experience of the seedhed Los Gonzitos: Semillas de Vida carried out by the teacher Lina Fernanda Sanchez. Through radio creation and podcast which allows to problematize pedagogical practices for the development of childhoods and therefore the work of the early childhood's teacher so in that way childhoods could be visible and the emancipation of early education teachers are promoted. Additionally, this investigative analysis framed from the macro project Diá-Logos Maestros, encuentros de experiencia desde la pedagogías, opened a way to the critical reflection, contrasting theory and practice, providing all the necessary tools to encourage the teacher as a researcher generating the empowerment of their own processes by finding a mirror that resignifies their labor. In another hand this systematization is carried out from a qualitative approach through a pedagogical and educational methodology which allowed to start the investigation, withinbwhich some tracking instruments are developed such as documentary tracing, cartography, the dialogue and semi-structured interviews, which opened a way for some analysis and the meeting of categories which feed the investigative process. Furthermore, these emerging categories are podcast as an strategy of teaching and learning through the edu communicative processes, family and school in initral education for the construction of intercultural relations and the visibility of childhoods as transforming agents of participation so that contributes to the encouragement of innovative practices and being placed in the teacher's place in child pedagogy as a relevant subject in the society and education.
