The general objective of this research is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the elective offerings at Universidad Francisco José de Caldas in relation to the program and educational parameters of other universities and governmental institutions, with the aim of identifying key differences and proposing recommendations to improve the quality of Environmental Management education and the role of professionals in the field. To achieve this objective, three specific goals have been established.
