Resumen
The device to be carried out consists of the design and construction of a manual actuation device for the extraction of the wooden disc from the interior of a commercial saw cup for the diameter of 2 1/8 ", this same is implemented in the production execution and manufacture of industrial-level kitchens for the San Yorks company. Hence the use of the saw cup is essential to guarantee the different tolerances required in the manufacture of kitchens; due to the quality and precision they need in processes such as two-piece assembly; consequently, it presents the problem in production times given that when the saw cup is used, the material that is housed inside it, when the material is removed is of great complexity; consequently, it delays the rhythm of production and generates counter-times as unsafe conditions for operators. Namely, the development of the use of the saw cup consists of using a tree drill (vertical) or in its manual effect; To do this, the mandrel cup is held, the equipment is turned on, the hole or disk is generated as appropriate, the equipment is turned off and making use of elements with a diameter of less than 4.8 mm that are entered through the holes in the upper part of the cup. Consequently, to the present problem, the solution is provided in using a device that allows extracting the material that remains inside the saw cup in a safer, more optimal and efficient way that allows reducing production times and extending production times. processes by the operator. On the other hand, the manual actuation device that is being developed consists of an operation in holding the saw cup, activating the same which enters through the holes in the upper part of the cup, two bars that expel the material housed in the cup and retracts the moment it stops operating. In the same way, the times required by the conventional methods used in the production area and the times they take when using the manually operated device are found in the different results. In addition, the parameters of how you would benefit to make use of this device are illustrated. On the other hand, in the development of the manual override device, it is intended to generate a manual with easy compression content, which, in addition to covering the problems of the San Yorks kitchen company, is also available to amateur people who are owners. of small or / and manufacturing industries and processes where the use of the saw cup is required.
