Resumen
Students admitted without musical knowledge (theoretical and practical) had no experience in training public or assemblies, much work was done on the consistency and discipline of trials, at first there was much pedagogical work because they did not follow instructions or guidelines musically.
The difficulties were overcome successfully thanks to the use of Orff methodology, planning and execution in each session which suggested the musical education through the word, the body, movement and execution of instruments, in addition to the emphasis discipline , he was insistent in following the dynamic movements of the director. elements such as motor skills, teamwork, improvisation, the relationship musician-director, dissociation, knowledge of Colombian folklore, discipline, plus musical knowledge, as time, nuance, intention, pulse, metric achieved.
Positive changes were reflected in the attitude of the students, and follow precise instructions, tools were used as the organization of classrooms, distribution groups, indications for student welfare or agreements at the beginning of classes, guidelines for interventions, incentives, pluses and lesson planning. The process was excellent and the results expected fueros.
