Resumen
This document, which develops as text presents a graduation project for the title of Graduates in Chemistry, an idea consistently shown in research argue about how changes can be explained in the representations of science Students who develop a chemistry degree program when interacting based activities in academic teaching units that take into account as a differentiating aspect, constructivist perspectives supported by historical views internalist and externalist to explain scientific dynamics that occurred in the late nineteenth century and early twentieth century and led to new interpretations of nature, particularly a modeling perspective atoms as divisible structures. To this end, a theoretical framework underlying the basis of this research, in addition to drawing up a timeline that relates internalist and externalist aspects of history associated with the divisibility of the atom, developed a methodology also presents cutting corresponding to a case study of three students enrolled in the course of history of chemistry at the University Francisco Jose de Caldas, and evaluating the impact of a teaching unit qualitative constructivist also describes the problem, arise purposes general and specific work that will contribute to the initial training in educational research of the authors. We argue about its justification as a result of the approximation of future teachers of chemistry research in Science Teaching, particularly in the field of initial teacher training.
