Abstract

The city of Bogotá has become the capital and the most populous city in Colombia. Currently, it is estimated according to SDDE (2016), that of the total extension of Bogotá, a percentage close to 75% is considered as rural territory, therefore, it has also suffered the problems that the rural sector of the country has suffered during decades. That is why, in this work, by supporting project 1025 of the District Secretary for Economic Development, it seeks to provide alternative solutions to the Bogota farmers, through monitoring, which includes verification of the status of the Production Unit. , rural technical assistance, the development of Agricultural Field Schools and the formulation of projects and alternative solutions to the identified problems. With which, the rural population of Bogotá can increase their quality of life and manage to protect eco-systemic goods, values and services.
