Resumen
In the technological boom, virtual and face-to-face strategies for teaching English are developed, which converge in the English classroom, making students immersed in a new world of tools for learning a second language, making it worthwhile to study of students' perceptions and reactions to give a more human look to the use of new strategies. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the teaching of English as a foreign language, regarding the perceptions of tenth grade students named within the framework of the definition "Digital Natives" by Prensky (2001), I designed a course in my Pedagogical experience , in which I participated in the use of educational technologies and traditional methods in my English classes, this space in which these two learning environments converge was defined as Hybrid Learning Environments by Osorio (2011). I noticed that students consider Hybrid Learning Environments as a useful tool for learning English, and it also has a great influence on the development of speaking, reading and listening skills, as well as being easy to use and giving students a lot of confidence. students. Likewise, the tenth grade group thinks they have broad access to information technologies, despite the problems with the Internet connection and the lack of interaction between the student and the teacher, they consider it very important to increase the use of hybrid learning environments in English classes and other subjects.
