Abstract

In this project, a software was developed for the order taking process of a fast food establishment, since they did not have an automated system to optimize this process; For this reason, an automatic system was made using Asterisk for the management of calls through menus together with the Zoiper application, which allows calls to be made using an IP address. In addition, a database was created using SQL the which allows the consultation and updating of data, which are viewed in a web application developed through React.js for internal use by the company, which shows the status of orders and relevant information of these in each process; thus achieving put into practice our knowledge in communication protocols, likewise it was necessary the incursion of new knowledge which led us to investigate and learn new technologies and powerful applications for the realization of this project
