Abstract

AGP of Colombia S.A. is a leading company in the production and marketing of specialized glass in the automotive sector; The growth has been due to the increase in demand in recent periods. However, there has been no response to the need of customers at the level of volume and delivery time because at the internal level of the organization, in the production process multiple causes have led to not meeting the objective and this is how It comes to the need to implement the TOC methodology where from a restrictive resource the whole system works, today the use of this resource is low, impacting the throughput of the organization, which is why this project arises whose purpose is to develop using the principles and Concepts of Theory of restrictions a proposal that allows to maximize the utilization of the capacity of the constraint supported in the analysis of the current situation and complementing the initial phase of the theory with the following steps.
