Resumen
The high environmental and social costs associated with the use of conventional energy, nuclear energy and fossil fuels; has led to the search for alternative energies, one of them, is from the use of the piezoelectric system. The engineering, piezoelectric to actuators are devices that take advantage of the movement of displacement in which the physical phenomenon of piezoelectricity occurs; An example of actuator, are the piezoelectric tiles, placed on the floor of a frequent pedestrian corridor. The development of the research aims at a pre-feasibility study, which justifies the use of piezoelectric tiles in the Villavicencio station, the future metro system of Bogotá; It is projected to identify the financial needs associated with the use of the system, to carry out the study related to the specifications of supply and demand of the constituent elements and to examine the environmental impact as of the assumption of the implementation.
