Abstract

TICBRIDGE S.A.S. is a company that integrates telecommunications and computing solutions, its main projects are based on the design, implementation and provision of services related to electronics. Services such as software as a service (SaaS), computer security and cloud telephony were lately added. This text is about the implementations carried outduring the months of June to December of the year 2021, its main objective is to improve the systems of the digital environment of TICBRIDGE SAS, which are important for the consolidation of new businesses, the implementation of solutions and the provision of services. For the development the current state of the network, physical and logical, was identified in order to later carry out the respective study, implementation and testing of improvements; such as the transfer of the telephone exchange to the cloud, the implementation of a Gateway device with SD-WAN functions, the implementation of a firewall with its respective security policies and the management for the redesign and the transfer of hosting of the Web page. In this project, knowledge and skills acquired during the electronic engineering career were used, such as telematics, telecommunications, programming and project management.
