Abstract

The company Gaseosas Lux S.A. Is a company dedicated to the production and distribution of non-alcoholic beverages which currently suffers both time and product losses due to the lack of organization of its storage warehouse, to the little space with which it has in relation to the volume of Product that is handled inside this, also causing an inadequate rotation of the finished product. Therefore, the need to create a logistic system of redistribution is generated in order to completely eliminate the economic loss and avoid further delays in the product load processes to which the company is subjected today. Having knowledge of business logistics, supply chains, logistics system ABC and after having the ability to solve the inconvenience that presents itself in the company raises this proposal based on a logistic redistribution system based on demand to have better results without loss Of money and to avoid other factors that currently afflict the company such as the disorganization of the plant, lack of control over products that represent higher sales and prolonged storage of product with low demand.
