Abstract

This project seeks to improve the precision and efficiency in determining physical homogeneous zones, providing an innovative technological tool for entities that require it and contributing to the strengthening of processes such as training, updating, among others. In terms of generating new knowledge, the implementation of artificial intelligence techniques in the cadastral field could provide valuable information on the optimization of processes, the adaptability of algorithms to specific contexts and the continuous improvement of accuracy in the valuation of real estate. These learnings would contribute to the enrichment of scientific knowledge in interdisciplinary areas, promoting future research at the intersection between data science, artificial intelligence and territorial management.
