Además es un documento que busca mostrar lo importante que es el tener mayores indagaciones frete al tema y la población sujeto de la sistematización. En conclusión en las siguientes páginas hacen un recorrido por lo humano, por lo institucional, por lo legislativo, por lo básico conceptual para que el lector se acerque un poco a una de las tantas situaciones que se viven en Colombia, y que ojalá nazca en usted la motivación para que desde su conocimiento se planteen alternativas de transformación	spa
