Abstract

The contract carries out the following "to make the diagnosis and development of studies and designs, maintenance rehabilitation or reconstruction of the road network of Kennedy group 1, group 2, effective 2015" a year and a month extended to six more months for the completion of the new CIV's (Road Identification Code). This process of elaboration of studies and designs for the maintenance and rehabilitation or reconstruction of the road mesh of said locality was appraised by a total by the mayoralty of $ 1,614,393,978 (Thousand six hundred fourteen million, three hundred and ninety three thousand, nine hundred and seventy eight pesos) and a contribution made by the university in the amount of $ 146,763,089 (One hundred forty-six million, seven hundred sixty-three thousand, eighty-nine pesos). The main objective of this contract, drawn up between the local development fund of Kennedy and the Francisco José de Caldas District University, is to carry out technical, social, environmental and financial supervision of this construction process, thus achieving an important participation to students of the District University so that can develop their internships in this agreement.
