dc.description	La interacción de los ciudadanos con los Cerros Orientales de Bogotá, puede generar impactos negativos, que es de vital importancia informar a las autoridades, para que éstas, tengan un tiempo de respuesta adecuado. En este proyecto, se presenta un sistema prototipo que le permitirá a los ciudadanos informar a las entidades correspondientes, sobre los eventos que, en el momento, estén afectando negativamente los Cerros Orientales de Bogotá, utilizando la iniciativa de gobierno en línea. Se encontró que el sistema propuesto envía la información, de forma instantánea a las entidades correspondientes.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The interaction of the people with the Eastern Hills of Bogota, can generate negative impacts, which is important to inform the authorities, so that they have an adequate time to act. The prototype system presented, allow the people, to inform the negative acts that affect the Eastern Hills, to the corresponding organizations, using the e-government initiative. The proposed system sends the information, automaticaly to the corresponding entities.	spa
