The Internship is entitled "Design of a knowledge management model for the Systems Advisory Office of the Francisco José de Caldas District University" in which at the beginning a consultation on the status of terminology, studies, research and applications of Knowledge Management models, in order to be able to make the problem statement and the way of execution in the Systems Advisory Office, as part of the internship execution, can request several information queries related to the OAS and several organizations that are governed according to the TIC´S, as a form of execution, regulations and standardization that must be followed by technology offices, relations with the state, executives, etc. Once this information is completed, start executing meetings with each of the roles that were previously defined in the development of the internship as a form of operation and operation of the office, each meeting was held in a private manner where the person in charge of each procedure and role in the office, attended the intern to explain their responsibilities, form of operation and tasks in conjunction with other stakeholders, internal and external and their transfer of knowledge; This was one of the greatest contributions to the internship because it provided the basis for the proposal of the knowledge management model, plasma relations and authorities of each role and where it could be emphasized. With the information collected, several diagrams are needed to identify relevant information, which will be reflected in the model. The model is required in the Archi software, a request from the internal and external directors of the internship, since the office is in the process of standardizing all activities and in its current operation, they want to implement this software and carry out the sea only accepted for the management of any diagram, graph and information embodied in the form of a table, in this case applied to the proposed knowledge management model. Finally, the model was reviewed in accompaniment of the internship directors and it is planned to carry out a support for all the personnel of the Systems Advisory Office for some analysis model, listen to proposals for improvement, modifications and then take these contemplations into account, make their final delivery to the entire team, who had a remarkable workforce in the development of the internship.
