Abstract

Technology provides today many practical ways of sending and receiving information, reliably and safely, the NFC standard is a method of communication between devices, seeing this need are available many tools to manage inventory in a company or institution but there are some specific needs such as having the object project, a need that is not in the internal inventory control of the institution but how to manage physical resources, a way to streamline the process and exercise better control for the area in charge of the service. In context is taken as an example the method of handling equipment loan that is currently running in the University Francisco José de Caldas, where does the loans laboratory equipment manually with a tab that is filled in two types of users, which are the monitor (if applicable in that case) and the student. On the tab must be filled as required numbers of equipment, the amount, type and associate a bank number, the monitor must verify delivery and receipt of these. After the end of the monitoring practice must be loaded into a database provided additional equipment to the room, this is where this project has its niche and where your target, using NFC technology.
