Abstract

The internship as a degree modality is performed by the student in a national or international entity, assuming the character of social, cultural, business practice or introduction to their professional work, through the development of a theoretical-practical work, related to the area of knowledge of the curricular project (Universidad Distrital Francico Jose de Caldas , 2015) which is why through this document is intended to obtain evidence that the aspiring professional in Sports Management applies the theoretical knowledge during the development of the guidelines and processes in the framework of the internship. In this document you will find the initial problem that the student encountered, how he/she approached it and what alternative solutions he/she offered in order to solve the problematic situation. You will also find the results expected by those interested in this practical work and the results obtained at the end of the internship. The general objective is to provide administrative support to the Tunjo Organization Foundation during the process of building its strategic and economic plan that will allow it to be sustainable and sustainable over time.
