This monograph presents the work carried out in relation to an issue identified in a classroom experience regarding the learning processes of algebra as a study of structures, specifically focusing on the comprehension of factorization among eighth-grade students. Difficulties were observed in terms of the development of algebraic competencies and a lack of understanding. As a result, the research aimed to address the objective of analyzing and interpreting the implementation of a sequence of activities that incorporated the dynamic geometry software DGpad-Colombia into the teaching of factorization, aiming to enhance overall learning processes for eighth-grade students. This approach was taken to answer the question: "How does the implementation of the dynamic geometry software DGpad-Colombia contribute to the teaching of factorization and the development of general learning processes among eighth-grade students?"
