Bordones y requintillas pa'l tiplón: construcción, descripción y análisis técnico interpretativo

Abstract

This project was created with the intention of generating new sonorities, of experimenting based on the same morphology and stringing system of the tiple (requintilla and edge) and of seeing the possibility of expanding the bass register of the instrument. Since I started my academic process at the FAASAB I have worked and focused on the interpretation of the tiple; This is why I looked for a way to devise something new based on the same instrument, although with some characteristic that differentiated them. Therefore, in the present work the process is shown, almost like a logbook, of everything done in the investigation and inquiry to arrive at the idea of the construction of the instrument; the design and subsequent construction of this instrument, incorporation and adaptation of interpretative techniques. These would consequently contribute to the development of the language of this one and also the sample of excellent were those functions with certain predetermined roles by means of some works of my authorship will be especially for this prototype of tiple, (created and elaborated for the present work of degree and of course with a personal desire to generate a contribution to tiple music in Colombia) that goes by the name tiplon.
