Resumen
The bachelor thesis presents the design and implementation of a technological school activity (ATE) aimed at strengthening and stimulating the development of the soft skills of teamwork and otherness in ninth grade students of the CELCO San Lucas School in the city of Bogota. For the implementation of the ATE the Goldstein social skills test was used as a diagnostic test, which allowed to know the level of development of the students social skills and, based on the results obtained, to determine the strategies to achieve the objective of the activity. The ATE was implemented in the Chamilo platform and was organized in eight modules ranging from the course description, objectives, contents, proposed activities, a discussion forum, lessons, a glossary of terms and evaluation. The document provides an account of the theoretical framework that allowed addressing the concepts of soft skills, as well as the rationale of the ATE, the test results, the analysis of results and the evidence of participation.
