Estructuración de un Plan de Negocios para una Empresa de Transporte Fluvial de Pasajeros en el Municipio de Mitú (MITAX)

Abstract

This document show the best operation structure (feasibility study) for a fluvial transport microenterprise constant of passengers in Mitú town, Vaupés department of Colombia, supported by tools of internet of things, like a solution to remoteness of many natives communities in the near area, consistent compliance with policies of land management scheme (EOT) and like an important part of the economic and touristic boom at the town. Backing in a market study, a financial, legal and environment plan too, it intends to be the pioneer microenterprise in the sector, moving people with security, speed and quality, interconnecting the main communities on the banks of the river and mitigating the social gap in the territory. A sales forecast of 1330 units daily, internal rate of return (TIR) of 33.82% to the five (5) first years and an initial investment of 405.912.139 COP prove optimally the most innovation microenterprise and entrepreneurship that contributing to the social progress in Vaupés.
