Diagnóstico e implementación de los planes maestros de equipamientos, espacio público y resultados definitivos para la consolidación de los procesos prediales, de nomenclatura y cartografía en el municipio de Soacha, Cundinamarca

Abstract

Soacha in Cundinamarca, presents profound changes in social, economic, demographic and territorial matters specifically; Consequently it one of the towns with more physical, spatial and environmental disorder nationally and currently suffers by one factor that triggered the above problems: The high population growth. Under the current land use Plan by which governs the municipality (POT 2000), in relation to the facilities along with public spaces for meeting and relaxations are more systems covering bankruptcy and difficulty; Also due to the conurbation with Bogota and the topography of the town, the nomenclature was in remarkable disarray. This document compiles the work done over a period of six (6) months in the Department of Physical Space and Urban belonging to the Secretary of Planning and Land Management of Soacha, where the diagnosis and implementation of master plans and develops equipment public space from different working strategies, formulation and a detailed design and updated inventory of the equipment found in the town; as the final results for the consolidation of processes property taxes, nomenclature and cartography with the evacuation of a backlog of nearly 18,000 properties without identifying or allocation of annual Official Nomenclature product cadastral updates and desenglobes. All in favor of update, correct, add or delete information contained in the databases of the Municipal Mayor related Official Nomenclature and Cartographic from the use of ArcGIS software, ArcGIS Server, and GIS as the generation of the technical support documents designed Master Plans
