Diseño de una Propuesta de Implementación de un Plan de Manejo Ambiental en Formfit de Colombia S.A.S Ubicada en Bogotá

Abstract

The present proposal presents the Design of an environmental management plan, looking for in the company Formfit de Colombia SA a tool, the adoption of environmental management measures to significantly improve its environmental development, for it was counted some methodological phases explained by the following structure . In the first chapters, the opportunity was established to conduct a baseline study on environmental material, collecting information from the organization's environment, areas of influence and the creation of environmental flow diagrams. With this, we continued to observe the identification of aspects and impacts environmental as a fundamental step was to establish a methodology for evaluating and assessing environmental impacts represented in the second chapter, better known as the Vicente Conesa matrix. This proposed methodology Hierarchy and value the environmental impacts, which proceeded the final chapter to create control measures, mitigation, prevention and compensation of environmental impacts, using a simple, effective tool to implement called environmental record. Given the above in FORMFIT DE COLOMBIA SAS with this environmental management plan, it committed itself in all its processes to environmental actions that grant it possible environmental policies, compliance with legal measures, objectives and goals with an increasing value - differentiated in its products and most important to your customers. Finally, this project evidenced the knowledge acquired both theoretical and practical during the engineering project management specialization, evidenced the way to obtain an integration to the business development.
