Plan Comunal de Gestión Ambiental del Barrio Perpetuo Socorro

Abstract

Starting with environment problems such as the energetic crisis that Colombia is facing, the trash accumulation in every corner in the city and the imminent shortages of natural resources, it is given the need to advance an environmental planning that helps to environmental protection. For that reason Bogota D.C has some instruments planning which although they pretend to be multiscale ends up being centralized. For this reason the Communal Environment Management Plan (CEMP) as a new tool planning, promoted for communal actions from the neighborhoods, becomes a transcendental opportunity to change the bad environmental practices for a more environment friendly and hence, to help achieve the objectives described in the Management Environment Plan of Bogota D.C and contribute the sustainable development of communities.
