This project is focused on the application of a risk management model, based on the international standard ISO-31000:2011 in the Colombian Red Cross Sectional Cundinamarca and Bogotá. For the methodological design of risk management, it is essential to carry out a diagnosis of the current state of the general environment of this company, in relation to the Corporate Risk Management area, achieving the identification, analysis and evaluation of the different associated risks. to the creation of this mentioned area. Subsequently, define the action and improvement plans for the treatment of the identified risks and their respective mechanisms for monitoring, control and review of said plans. From this, it is sought that the company efficiently implement the processes that it has been developing in the last year and align the risk management methodology with the organizational culture, so that in this way a reduction in possible losses can be achieved. operational and / or unwanted events that can be generated in the case of not having the identification of the risks as the process has been carried out, which goes against quality management and this in turn brings with it immersed cost overruns, delays, disturbances or risks in the provision of the company's final service. With the current state of the country's economy and the world in general, it is absolutely necessary for organizations to start managing their resources in the best possible way, reducing the margin of error in the operations carried out to zero.
