Resumen
From a physiological point of view, emotions are sensitive responses caused by internal or external stimuli that send messages to the brain and central nervous system, because of these signals people are moved and their body reacts with physiological changes. Emotions are linked to all significant actions of the human being and despite their diversity share characteristics, therefore, knowing and exploring them is essential to improve the quality of life and good living within families, since it allows developing creative strategies of imagination. In addition, both playful and art are essential means for those who are facing the responsibility of educating emotionally balanced children. Parents, mothers and caregivers can find in the memories of their childhood emotional manifestations inherited culturally and learned, that do not always reveal positive or negative characteristics, but a series of languages and signs that become fundamental factors in their communication. These constitute realities and are different in each family, varying the experiences and their life stories. It is for this reason that in the first instance a reflection of the emotions was thought from childhood, but in the investigation with the participants it was necessary to start with a retrospective look at the childhood and the memories of the parents, mothers and caregivers to understand the representations that everyone has about their emotions and their manifestations. This leads us to a possible list of ways to resolve conflicts that arise in everyday life and are closely linked to the manifestation and incomprehension of emotions in children, youth and adults related to each other. This research proposes a look at the childhood of fathers, mothers and caregivers to recognize the traditions and customs linked to the emotional manifestations of their cultural and historical families that affect the reproduction of interactions. This project involves three families within their homes who live in Mosquera Cundinamarca, in the same residential complex and have known each other for two years, they want to talk about the different experiences between families and emotional dynamics and understand their forms of expression. Dialogue is held in a meeting with the mentioned population through a sensitization workshop, an approach is made to what the emotions are, and the participants are identified, questions are answered and a survey is answered, each one narrates different experiences of life where emotions played a fundamental role for them. It closes with activities of a theatrical nature where it is evident that everyone expresses the emotions in different ways the following encounters are proposed. In each workshop the concept of emotions is extended and an album of memories is made that is used to create characters and give origin to the final exercise. In the final exercise the participants compose dramatic pictures where they acted and narrated stories of traditional and everyday ways of seeing emotions. Through the activity it is concluded that discovering the importance of emotions is a fundamental part of the life and personal development of all human beings. To finish the investigation, parents and caregivers decide to form a group of dialogues and conversations about parenting practices and emotional experiences We invite more families from the community who want to be part of a help network that allows them to build a broad and flexible language of the emotional world in which we are all present. their forms of expression.
