dc.description	La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de una reunión en la sala capitular con la presencia del intendente y el comandante general del departamento, propietarios y un numeroso grupo de ciudadanos. El intendente leyó un discurso en el que expresó que las últimas noticias habían causado preocupación y agitación en la ciudad. La población se había reunido de manera espontánea con el propósito de discutir y resolver los problemas que aquejaban a la región, se destacó la necesidad de la unión ciudadana para enfrentar los desafíos y buscar soluciones a los problemas del departamento. Se resaltó la importancia de la opinión pública como base indestructible para alcanzar un acuerdo que garantice la paz y la estabilidad. El intendente advirtió sobre los peligros del desorden y la guerra civil, señalando ejemplos negativos en otras partes de la República. dc.description.abstract	The image contains news about a meeting in the chapter house with the presence of the mayor and the general commander of the department, owners and a large group of citizens. The mayor read a speech in which he expressed that the latest news had caused concern and unrest in the city. The population had met spontaneously with the purpose of discussing and solving the problems that afflicted the region, the need for citizen union to face the challenges and seek solutions to the problems of the department was highlighted.
