Abstract

The image contains news about a meeting in the chapter house with the presence of the mayor and the general commander of the department, owners and a large group of citizens. The mayor read a speech in which he expressed that the latest news had caused concern and unrest in the city. The population had met spontaneously with the purpose of discussing and solving the problems that afflicted the region, the need for citizen union to face the challenges and seek solutions to the problems of the department was highlighted. The importance of public opinion was highlighted as an indestructible basis for reaching an agreement that guarantees peace and stability.
