Sistema de Gestión de Calidad basado en la Norma ISO 9001:2015 para el Centro de Enseñanza Automovilística Nascar Spedway

Abstract

This project was carried out in the company Centro de Enseñanza Automovilística Nascar Spedway SAS, which is located in the city of Bogotá, town of Kennedy, and its economic activity is the issuance of certificates of aptitude to drive, and driving courses. The objective is to structure the Quality Management System at the Nascar Spedway SAS Automotive Education Center, under the requirements established in the ISO 9001 Standard version 2015, in order to increase customer satisfaction, the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes. . To fulfill this objective, a diagnosis of the current situation of the company was made. From this, an action plan was established to carry out the documentary structure necessary to comply with the requirements of the standard and the needs of the company.
