Propuesta de modelo organizacional de la línea base de subdirección de desarrollo del Centro de Telesalud de la Universidad Distrital

Abstract

This project is carried out with the purpose of the Francisco José de Caldas District University an own telehealth center and in order to positioned a level of the city and later of the country. Therefore, the GITEM Group turned to industrial engineering students who support and collaborate to obtain efficient results that direct each of their articulations towards an optimal service generating a general organizational model of the Telehealth system that has been divided into 6 micro-projects that Child: Underdevelopment in Scientific Research, Executive Directorate, Sub-directorate of Teleconsultation Guides, Sub-directorate of Guides for Telediagnosis, Subdirección de Desarrollo and Subdirección de Capacitación, this project focuses on the subdivision of development, this is one of the most important branches It focuses on all the engineering necessary to become a corridor, as well as the technological development that the center needs to maintain and achieve its vision of becoming the national corridor. The importance of research lies in improving the current system, in which health professionals in charge of performing a service work, have access to technology and information sufficient to carry out their work and achieve a significant level of innovation To maintain the development and evolution of the Health system in Bogotá and in Colombia.
