Identificación y caracterización de conflictos socioambientales del turismo en el PNN Sumapaz, sector laguna de Chisacá en el periodo posterior a la firma del acuerdo de paz

Resumen
The present investigation arises from the need to find the points critics that caused social tensions in the sector of the lagoon of Chisacá, in the Sumapaz National Natural Park, which is located in the rural area south of Bogotá, between the towns of Usme and Sumapaz. Based on the community complaint that indicated the significant increase in tourists in the area since the signing of the Colombian State Peace Agreement and the FARC-EP, a comparative analysis was carried out as a result of a bibliographic review and participant observations regarding the tourism situation in the area, prior to the peace agreement and in the period from 2016 to 2020. This diagnosis generated some categories of analysis around the relationships between the actors, on issues of power relations, levels of interaction, flows of information and environmental impacts. In a later phase, the rigorous identification of the most important actors was developed influential in the area, to finally carry out a series of operations of interrelation of information between the main categories of analysis and the actors found. The product of this data crossing yields the thicker or more visible socio-environmental conflicts in the study area. Between The most relevant thing for highlighting is the power relationship in the area, where shows little credibility of the communities towards entities such as National Nature Parks -PNN and the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca -CAR and likewise it is considered that the main impacts Negative environmental conditions are due to their positions. On the other hand, it is also important to mention as a determinant within the research the limitations in collecting the information, due to lack of availability in ecotourism issues specifically, to biophysical issues the area and the special situation of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.
