Resumen
In the spectrum of Bogotá there are echoes that ask to be heard from a distance to take part in the understanding and development of the city, these are: the neighborhood and the youth, a vivid space and a subject who lives it. This research aims to re-signify the links between the neighborhood and the school by means of communicative experience with young in the south of the city and thus integrate communication processes and urban culture to the youth dynamics that are woven in the school. Ecos de ciudad use the educational research-action and the pedagogical strategy cooperative learning to analyze about what young people have to say about the city and their experience in their neighborhood as a space of daily life, being clear that this configures their identity and understanding of the citizen. Based on this experience, life stories, creations of young people and their view of the urban, this research reflects on the way in which young participants experience their neighborhood and their citizenship, the formative applications of scholar media for reinforcement of a neighborhood-school and the possibilities that this has to be a platform for the formation of a youth and cosmopolitan citizenship.
