Apoyo al grupo de cambio climático en la identificación y aplicación de información cartográfica en materia de cambio climático (análisis de vulnerabilidad, mitigación y adaptación), generada en la jurisdicción CAR

Abstract

The present project starts from a concrete contextualization related to the Climate Change at conceptual, institutional, normative and geographical level, taking into account the above a complete description of the work carried out by the intern in the Autonomous Regional Corporation of Cundinamarca (CAR) within Of the Directorate of Environmental and Territorial Management (DGOAT), which is the Climate Change group. These tasks associated with the cartographic identification provided and also its application to the various projects carried out by the group, either at regional level or by Municipalities. This identification and cartographic application is done with the purpose of prioritizing all the components associated either at the level of Climate Change, Climate Vulnerability, Mitigation, Adaptation and also to show the importance of the spatial aspect in these studies. On the other hand, it describes the methodology used for the creation of the Spatial Data Base (BDE), in such a way as to show the models, the involved layers, software used and the detailed description of the information that compose it, in the same way It specifies the type of format in which it will be said (BDE). Taking into account the prioritization of the information and other factors mentioned above, the group is supported with the application of cartographic or conceptual information to be subsequently exposed and socialized in the advisory workshops to the Municipalities, either in their revision, adjustment of Tools of territorial order with the purpose of giving importance to the incorporation of the climatic change and also to socialize the diverse tools that serve as reference to have an approximate state of the Municipality. Subsequently a detailed document management is carried out so that the group has reference of all the workshops carried out in the jurisdiction.
