Abstract

The elaboration of the Geoeconomic Homogeneous Zones in the Suba Locality is due to the studies carried out by the GIGA research group of the Cadastral and Geodesy Engineering faculty with the purpose of comparing in time the change in the land value in Bogotá, for the case in the town of Suba in the project of the Territorial Observatory of the OTUD District University. Within this study are different analysis of the results of the square meter values of land obtained according to the methodology of elaboration of the Homogeneous Zones Geoeconomics established by the Special Administrative Unit of District Cadastre in order to provide a reliable database of the current values of the square meter of the Suba Locality for future consultations and studies.
