Resumen
The degree project proposes the development of guidelines for the design of the quality plan focused on the services provided in the UDNET data network of the District University and not its implementation, taking into account that currently the District University lacks a quality plan that allows the institution to meet the needs and expectations of the stakeholders by raising the quality and reliability of the telecommunications services that are provided. Taking into account that the dependency provides the following operating services: Web area: Web portal. Servers area: Storage, institutional mail, antivirus, proxy, computer software license management, VPN. Communications area: Management center, links and internet, institutional telephony, WLAN. Support areas: Technical support to the IT park. And additional services: Web area: Publications, surveys, forums, chat, bank of images. Servers area: Citrix, domain. Communications area: WIFI, messaging diffusion. Support area: Advice on technical specifications.
