Abstract

Based on the mission and vision of the National Institute of Health, it was possible to identify that this public entity must continue adapting methodologies and treatments for the protection of citizens' health at a national level, which includes its workers and due to This establishes health and safety responsibilities at work, to improve working conditions and the creation of procedures that lead to the elimination and control of risk factors that originate in workplaces or that may be a cause of illness or accident. From the previously presented, the project was developed in 3 stages. The first consisted of a collection of information on the reagents stored at room temperature and the creation of their safety cards in the format of the Globally Harmonized System (SGA). In the second stage, a digital storage and consultation tool was developed in which there are the safety sheets of cold stored reagents that were obtained directly on the suppliers' page. Finally, in the third stage, the instructions for the frequently used equipment were made to ensure adequate use by the researchers and to prolong their operation.
