In the present document, there is described the automation of a didactic bank that have five (5) sensors of a car by means of the PLC SIEMENS S7-1200. This project was realized at SENA CTT in order to offer support on the education of the apprentices. The development of the project consists of five phases: adjustment of five (5) sensors in the didactic bank which have variables such as temperature, oxygen, air flow, throttle Position and crankshaft position; wireless communication and OPC server; acquisition of information of sensors variables; processing of information and the user's interface. All those in order to show on screen the monitoring of the signs emitted by the sensors in real time.

En el presente documento se describe la automatización de un banco didáctico que posee cinco (5) sensores de automóvil por medio del PLC SIEMENS S7-1200. Este proyecto se realizó en el SENA CTT con el fin de brindar apoyo en la formación de los aprendices.
El desarrollo del proyecto se compone de cinco fases: adaptación de los cinco (5) sensores en el banco didáctico los cuales cuentan con variables de temperatura, oxígeno, flujo de aire, posición de mariposa y posición de cigüeñal; comunicación inalámbrica y OPC server; adquisición de datos de las variables de los sensores; el procesamiento de datos y la interfaz de usuario. Todo esto con el fin de mostrar en pantalla el monitoreo de las señales emitidas por los sensores en tiempo real.
